Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Pocket Studio collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website and AI image-enhancement service.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to operate the service: your name and email address when you create an account; authentication and account records; Studio Credit and purchase records; images you submit for enhancement; selected editing settings; and limited technical and security information such as IP address, browser requests, and anti-abuse signals.

Images and AI processing

When you request an enhancement, your submitted image and selected settings are sent through our Cloudflare Worker to Google Gemini API to produce the requested result. We do not sell images or use them to train our own models.

For signed-in users, generated images are saved to a private gallery in Supabase Storage so they can be viewed later. Access is restricted to the account that owns the image, and the app uses time-limited signed links to display gallery files. Anonymous trial images are not intentionally saved to our own gallery, but they are still transmitted to our processing providers to complete the requested enhancement.

For the paid Gemini API service used by AI Pocket Studio, Google states that prompts, files, and responses are not used to improve its products; Google may retain limited data for abuse monitoring under its applicable terms. See Google's Gemini API retention documentation.

How we use information

We use information to provide image enhancement and private galleries; maintain accounts and credits; process payments; prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use; respond to support requests; and maintain the reliability and security of the service.

Retention and deletion

Gallery images remain in your private gallery until you delete them through the service or request account deletion. You may delete individual gallery items in the app. To request deletion of your account and associated account data, contact us at hello@aipocketstudio.com from the email address associated with your account.

We may retain limited records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. Provider backups and logs may persist for a limited period under their own retention practices.

Security

We use HTTPS for service communications, private storage access controls, account authentication, server-side secrets, payment verification, rate limits, and bot protection. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Important limits on use

Do not upload images containing highly sensitive or regulated personal data, including medical information, government IDs, financial-account details, or content you do not have the right to use. AI Pocket Studio is not a HIPAA-certified, SOC 2-certified, or enterprise compliance service.

The service is not directed to people under 18. Do not use it if you are under 18.

Your choices

You can access and update account information through the service where available, delete gallery images, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. We do not sell personal information.
