These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Pocket Studio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Using the service

AI Pocket Studio provides AI-assisted image enhancement tools. You must be at least the age required to form a binding agreement where you live and must provide accurate account information.

Your content

You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant us permission to process your images solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for every image you upload.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, impersonate others, create harmful or deceptive content, interfere with the service, or bypass credit, payment, account, or security controls.

Studio Credits and payments

Some renders require Studio Credits. Credit packages, prices, and availability may change. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Except where required by law, completed credit purchases are non-refundable. Unused credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

AI output

AI-generated output can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review all output before using it professionally, commercially, or publicly. You are responsible for how you use generated images.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, or product improvements. We may update these terms and will post the revised version on this page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AI Pocket Studio is provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
